After many years of treating ADHD people of any age and gender getting back on track, we finally succeed to get him to write books. We wanted him to share his experience and knowledge. Reluctant, reserved, William accepted the challenge. He doesn’t visit social media, because he says ” I prefer to go to nature or to do some fitness in my spare time.” His modern view of the ADHD syndrome has captured our attention and we are sure will make a positive  difference in the life of any ADHD after this reading.

Tony J. Adams is 52 year old with an MA in Psychology, a Business consultant and experienced Behavioral therapist who has dedicated his career to helping people master their emotions and achieve wellness. 
 Tony currently lives near Boston with his wonderful wife Jessica, their two children, and the family German Shepherd called Balu.
He loves to help people get their lives on track by clearing limiting beliefs and getting them to live in a world of solutions rather than problems to change their mindset and take control of their life.
Tony developed unique successful strategies to control the mind that were successfully time-tested on many people.. He also likes to laugh, tell a joke and make you smile. He enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, and in his free time, he is an avid basketball player.


Steve Bates worked as a freelance analyst for various well-known international companies.

Steve is an IT expert and has fully mastered the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel.

After years of coaching fellow colleagues, he finally wrote a book about Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.

With his teaching experience, he developed a learning system to enable beginners to rapidly grasp the essential skills to master Excel in just 5 minutes daily.
